Hello and welcome to my site. I hope you enjoy perusing all the beautiful shades I've created and perhaps find one that speaks to you. My lifelong passion for patterns and fabric, nurtured by my early years of sewing, now finds expression in these unique creations. Each lampshade is a labor of love, reflecting my commitment to quality and my passion for design. I find great joy in working with my hands, transforming simple materials into beautiful home decor that adds warmth and character to any room. It starts with the Frame

Choose from a variety of sizes, shapes, and styles to perfectly match your decor needs. We offer drum styles in sizes ranging from 8 inches to 16 inches. Larger sizes and unique shapes can be custom ordered. All our shades are made using frames and PVC backing imported from England of the highest quality. The shade backing is anti-yellowing, anti-static, UV-stabilized and fire-resistant, ensuring durability and safety. It is recommended that you use an LED bulb. We offer both US and European fittings and adapters.

Next comes the Fabric

We strive to provide a selection of beautiful fabrics including vibrant patterns, soft textures, and classic designs. Additionally, we understand that personal preferences vary, which is why we are more than happy to collaborate with you in selecting fabrics that perfectly match your vision. We can help recommend fabric sites where you can find almost any pattern you can envision.

Whether you are looking for the perfect shade to complement that strange lamp you inherited or a striking pendant that's to be the envy of friends, we work with you to design the perfect shade. Shallower shades for a more modern look, double-sided shades for a bit of extra pizzaz, perhaps some cool fringe trim. Let your imagination go wild. We have you covered (and your light bulbs too)!

FAQ

Shipping - Pickup is at our location in Catharpin VA or we can work with you to arrange delivery within 20 miles of that location. If shipping is the preferred option, we will provide a shipping cost estimate prior to shipping which will be added to the cost of the shade.

Returns - We ask that you inspect the shade prior to purchase as we do not accept returns.

Client Fabric and Shades - Unfortunately we do not use fabric or shades provided by our customers. We can not guarantee the quality of the frame and backing and, while we are meticulous in crafting your shade, mistakes happen. If we made a mistake on your heirloom fabric, we would be as devastated as you. We are however happy to help you select a fabric from our sources.
